Services
Orbitronix Technologies provides software engineering, artificial intelligence, robotics, and technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and commercial terms of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between Orbitronix and the client.
Intellectual Property
All website content — text, design, code, and graphics — is the property of Orbitronix Technologies. For client engagements, intellectual property ownership of deliverables is as specified in the individual engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, clients receive full ownership of custom-built software and systems upon final payment.
Confidentiality
Information shared during project discussions, discovery calls, and active engagements is treated as confidential. We do not share, disclose, or use client information for any purpose outside the specific engagement. NDA agreements are available upon request before any confidential information is exchanged.
Limitation of Liability
Orbitronix Technologies provides services on an as-built basis as described in individual engagement agreements. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of systems we develop beyond the terms specified in the engagement agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, milestones, and schedules are specified in individual engagement agreements. Orbitronix reserves the right to pause or terminate work on engagements where payment terms are not met as agreed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or from service engagements shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal action is pursued.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
